£220 is the price for student and under 18 day course member.

Accommodation on Campus is bookable online, separately from the jazz course, and available from 1st February.

CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event of the course being cancelled by the organisers, the course fee will be refunded in full.

Cancellation must be done in an email, or by letter, to the organisers at En Rapport:

If a participant cancels due to:

1) medical reasons

2) someone is able take the cancelers place on the same or a related instrument,  then the full course fee can be refunded minus an admin charge of £40.

If a participant cancels for reasons apart from the conditions 1 and 2 above then, with cancellation:

• up to 60 days before the start of the course there will be a full refund minus £50 admin charge.

• up to 45 days before the start of the course there will be a full refund minus £125 admin charge.     

• up to 30 days before the start of the course there will be a full refund minus £200 admin charge.     

• less than 30 days before the start of the course there can be no refund.
